Bikini Ready Legs and Butt. At Home Workout, Lunges and Squats.

Get in Bikini Shape. At Home Workouts with instructions on how to get ready for the beach. Visit us at http://beachbooty.net So if you are limited with your space, whether you are working out at home or in a hotel or at a friends house, here are some workouts that you can do. It is called a reciprocating lunge or a static lunge. You do not walk down the hall or down the middle of the gym dodging people. I am spacing my legs apart so my knee is going to be over my ankle. I am coming up and I am driving up through my front heel. You switch legs. You push with the front leg and the back leg is there just to stabilize you. You want to make sure your are working off the front leg. As you get more advanced you can add weights. You can use a weighted straight bar to put across your back. Or you can do my favorite and do pulses. Really make sure your core is engaged and tight the whole time. You are just pushing up and down and creating a pulse type of movement.
