Doing a handstand is not only fun, it's a great form of exercise – plus, it looks really impressive. Stretch on flat, soft ground to warm up. Start by "walking" up a wall and pushing off. Try again while facing a wall. Stand up straight to start a freestand. Lunge forward with one leg. Tip forward with arms straight out, over your lunged leg. Bring legs up by completing one fluid motion.
